Robbie Williams revealed as first act to perform at next year’s British Grand Prix at Silverstone

British pop icon Robbie Williams has been revealed as the first headline act who will perform at next year’s Formula 1 British Grand Prix.

Williams will take to the M&S Mainstage for the opening concert at the Northamptonshire circuit on Thursday, July 1, 2027, where he’ll perform his greatest hits with a live show packed with era-defining anthems, showmanship and the larger than life energy that has made him one of the world’s most celebrated entertainers.

The announcement sees Williams join an illustrious list of headliners who have performed at the British Grand Prix in recent years including Richard Ashcroft and Stormzy.

Robbie Williams said: “I've heard Silverstone gets loud. Thursday night on the Mainstage, let's kick off the British Grand Prix properly.”

Williams is one of the most successful music artists in the world with 90 million album sales worldwide, six of the Top 100 best-selling albums in British history and a record-breaking 16 UK Number 1 albums.

Across his celebrated career Robbie has received awards from countries across the world including a record 18 BRIT Awards, eight German ECHO Awards, three MTV European Music Awards and two GRAMMY nominations.

He won the prestigious PRS for Music Icon Award at The Ivors 2025 – his fifth Ivor Novello Award – celebrating Robbie as one of Britain’s most iconic and influential songwriters.

Having welcomed a record-breaking crowd of 564,000 fans earlier this year, the home of British motorsport is set to deliver another world class line-up of international music heavyweights underlining its growing reputation as one of the UK’s premier live music and entertainment destinations.

Tickets to see Robbie Williams start from just £50 for a Thursday evening pass that gives access to the venue and the concert arena from 5pm.

Fans can register for early access to tickets for the show by signing up to the artist pre-sale by 5pm on Tuesday, September 22.

A general ticket sale via Silverstone will start at 10am on Thursday, September 24.
