It added: "It has been a pleasure welcoming families, friends and visitors through our doors and we're incredibly grateful for the memories, celebrations and experiences we've shared with you."
The company's members were contacted directly about the closure and the cancellation of their memberships.
Gravity also invited members to continue using its nearest centre in Milton Keynes.

“Our Northampton venue has been a valued part of the local community and we would like to sincerely thank all our guests who have supported us over the years. It has been a pleasure welcoming families, friends and visitors through our doors and we are incredibly grateful for the memories created here.”
The venue opened in February 2020 following a £3.2 million investment.
The 30,000 sq ft centre was spread over two floors in the former Gala Bingo site and included trampolines, a large ball pit, an obstacle course, climbing wall and football pitch, as well as a cafe.
When it opened, Gravity co-founder Michael Harrison described it as the company's ‘best’ trampoline park yet.
The centre became a popular venue for children's parties and family days out.
Before its closure, Gravity Northampton had a rating of 4.4 out of five stars from 110 Google reviews.
