The Wowcher offer is available at 44 Bannatyne locations across the UK, with nearby options including Milton Keynes, Banbury and Leicester.
Prices start at £41 for one person or £82 for two, compared with a listed price of £119 for the single-person package.
The experience includes a choice between one longer hands-on treatment or a combination of three mini treatments.
Options include a mini back massage, scalp massage, foot massage, Swedish hand and arm massage and a facial, with the exact combinations selected when booking.
Visitors also receive unlimited use of the spa facilities during their visit, which can include swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, relaxation areas and gyms, although facilities vary between locations.
The package also comes with a heated eye mask and bath salts to take home, plus a £10 retail voucher which can be redeemed when spending £40.
Standard packages include a 20cl bottle of bubbly.
For Northampton residents, Milton Keynes and Banbury are among the closest Standard locations included in the deal, while Leicester is available as a Saver location.
Bookings are available seven days a week, subject to availability, and customers select their chosen spa and treatments when making their reservation.
