M&S Simply Food closes at busy Northampton petrol station for refurbishment

A sign in the window of the store at the BP site on Upton Way, spotted this week, says it is unable to serve fuel or sell goods in-store because of renovation work.

The notice reads: “We are currently unable to serve any fuel or instore goods due to site renovations.

“We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.”

M&S has been contacted for comment.
