Northampton Saints star Henry Pollock lands Tatler cover as he reveals why he signed new deal to stay at Franklin's Gardens
Northampton Saints star Henry Pollock has landed the cover of Tatler magazine after being named among society's most eligible young people.
The 21-year-old rugby player shares the December issue's cover with Valentina Pinault, daughter of actress Salma Hayek and businessman François-Henri Pinault.
Both top Tatler's annual Little Black Book, which features 200 of society's most eligible young people.
In an interview with the magazine, Pollock discusses his rapid rise in rugby, ambitions with England and why he decided to remain at Northampton Saints.

Having progressed through the club's academy, Pollock recently extended his professional contract and believes staying in Northampton offers the best opportunity to develop his career.
He said: “We knew that where I want to be in my career and as a player, the [Saints] was the best place for me.”
The England international also reflected on his growing profile beyond rugby, including commercial shoots, fashion events in London and a new YouTube channel.
Asked which fashion brand he would most like to collaborate with, he chose Burberry.
Despite his increasingly busy schedule, Pollock revealed he travels to London roughly every fortnight to visit friends and his siblings.
He also spoke about his musical interests, explaining that he plays acoustic guitar in a phone-free basement room.
His repertoire includes songs by Ed Sheeran, Justin Bieber and Oasis, although he joked that someone would have to be “very special” before he performed Wonderwall for them.
Asked where he would take a date, Pollock suggested Soho House, despite not being a member.
Looking ahead to the 2027 Rugby World Cup, he admitted the tournament was “in the back of your mind”.
He described experienced England teammates Maro Itoje, Ellis Genge and Jamie George as big brothers and praised them as “amazing people”.
Reflecting on what his younger self would think of his success, Pollock said: “He'd probably say that I'm living the dream.”
The magazine's other cover star, 19-year-old Valentina Pinault, discusses growing up with famous parents, fashion and her affection for British culture.
Tatler's December issue will be available digitally and on newsstands from Thursday, November 5.
