Busy dual carriageway in Northamptonshire closed for nearly two hours after crash involving two vehicles

A section of the A43 in Northamptonshire was closed for nearly two hours after two vehicles were involved in a collision.
Police were called to the A43 close to the Towcester roundabout on the southbound carriageway just before 7.10am to a crash involving two vehicles.
Officers stopped the traffic to deal with the incident, causing delays.
A spokesperson for Northamptonshire Police told the Chron that the road was fully open by 9am and thankfully no one was injured.
