Attempted burglary in Northampton residential street prompts police call to trace man
Police are investigating an attempted burglary in a Northampton residential street after an unknown offender was seen trying a door handle in the early hours of the morning.
The incident happened in Fishers Close on Monday, September 28, between 12.20am and 12.30am.
Northamptonshire Police have now released a CCTV image of a man they believe may have information which could assist officers with their enquiries.
A Northamptonshire Police spokesperson said officers were keen to identify the man pictured and urged anyone who recognised him to get in touch.
Anyone with information, including the man himself, is asked to call Northamptonshire Police on 101.
Alternatively, information can be provided anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
