IFtL honours colleagues celebrating 25 years of dedicated service
Inspiring Futures through Learning (IFtL) proudly recognised a remarkable group of colleagues who have dedicated 25 years of service to education and young people at a special afternoon tea held at Delapré Abbey, Northamptonshire.

The celebration brought together colleagues from across IFtL schools, representing a wide range of roles including Teaching Assistants, Midday Supervisors, administrative colleagues, teachers, Headteachers and school leaders. Their combined service reflects an extraordinary commitment to supporting children, families and communities over the last quarter of a century.
Hosted by IFtL Chief Executive Officer, Sarah Bennett, and Chair of Trustees, Marilyn Hubbard, the afternoon provided an opportunity to personally thank each recipient for their dedication while sharing memories, experiences and stories from their careers in education.

Guests enjoyed afternoon tea in the beautiful surroundings of Delapré Abbey, where conversations reflected on the changes, challenges and achievements experienced throughout 25 years of service. From supporting children in classrooms and playgrounds to leading schools through periods of growth and transformation, each colleague has made a lasting impact on the lives of countless young people.
Sarah Bennett, CEO of IFtL, said: "Celebrating 25 years of service is about so much more than recognising length of service. It is about acknowledging the difference our colleagues have made to generations of children and young people. Listening to their stories was inspiring and humbling, and it was a privilege to personally thank them for their unwavering commitment to education and their dedication to the communities they serve."
Marilyn Hubbard, Chair of Trustees, added: "Every colleague recognised today has played an important role in shaping positive experiences and opportunities for children over many years. Whether supporting pupils behind the scenes or leading schools, their dedication, care and professionalism have made a lasting difference. It was wonderful to come together and celebrate this incredible achievement."
