Looking to slow down and reconnect with yourself? Check out these all new guided wellbeing sessions in Northampton
Are you looking to slow down and reconnect with yourself? Be sure to check out these all new guided wellbeing sessions that arrived at Delapré Abbey this month.
Phiona Ormesher is the founder of Holistic Heritage, which she launched in Northampton in 2022. The holistic therapist concentrates on women’s health and wellbeing, by offering nurturing spaces for alternative therapies like reflexology, massage, aromatherapy and women’s circles.
The business owner is particularly passionate about the use of traditional reproductive healing techniques, urging people to trust their intuition and what feels right for their bodies.
Phiona’s interest in women’s health and wellbeing began as a young and question-oriented child. With a Jamaican grandmother who had lots of children, all in a village with no hospital, it made Phiona realise that women have the power within them and it starts with self belief.

Phiona shared what she had learned with anyone who would listen and the natural progression in her adult life was to set up Holistic Heritage. She trained as a doula birthing partner before she delved into womb health, reflexology and alternative therapy – and this encouraged her to advocate for women to speak for themselves as early on as they can.
Holistic Heritage is now hosting guided sessions called Rest, Reflect & Restore at Delapré Abbey, which is a series of immersive 90-minute wellbeing experiences between now and Christmas.
Priced at £22 per person, the sessions are taking place from 7pm until 8.30pm on the following dates: September 25, October 8, October 23, October 29, November 5, November 26, December 3 and December 18.
Designed to help you slow down, reconnect and return to yourself, each gentle session weaves together embodied movement, grounding practices, guided relaxation, sound and meaningful ritual.
Each evening will have its own seasonal theme and intention, creating a nurturing space to pause, release and restore. No previous experience is needed and you simply need to bring a yoga mat as well as something warm and comfortable.
Attendees are encouraged to allow themselves the time and space to unwind, in the hope of creating balance and harmony through Holistic Heritage’s signature sessions. Booking is required in advance and everyone is welcome.
