Free life-saving skills sessions at Weston Favell Shopping Centre in Northampton
Residents are invited to learn life-saving skills at a free session with St John Ambulance Northamptonshire.
The team will be at Weston Favell Shopping Centre on Saturday September 26 from 8am to 3pm.
They will be sharing lifesaving skills including CPR, how to use a defibrillator, and what to do if someone is choking.
There will also be fundraising activities to support the charity’s work.
Keirr Stopps, West Northamptonshire network lead, said: “There will be fun and interactive activities for all ages, giving everyone the chance to learn, have a go and build confidence.
“We will be helping people learn simple skills that could one day save a life. This is so important as in an emergency, every second counts.”
