‘Same team, same place’: New name for long-standing Northamptonshire vets

A Towcester veterinary practice has been given a new name following a change of ownership earlier this year.

Beech House Veterinary Practice has officially become Taylor Vets Towcester after joining the independent Taylor Vets group.

Vets Polly Smith and John Taylor, alongside David Moore and Katy Julien, became owners of Beech House in April following the retirement of Charles and Helen Castle.

For Polly, the move marked a return to the practice where she first worked 15 years ago.

She said: “The name above the door has changed, but clients will still find the same team, in the same place, caring for their pets.”

Since taking over, the owners have added another consultation room and air conditioning, introduced new services and extended opening hours.

The practice, based at Bell Plantation on the A5 outside Towcester, joins Taylor Vets surgeries in Brackley and Middleton Cheney.

Existing appointments, patient records, prescriptions and treatment plans remain unchanged, along with the practice's telephone number.
