Fewer than 10 tickets left for fifth year of women’s health and empowerment event in Northamptonshire
There are fewer than 10 tickets left for the fifth year of a women’s health and empowerment event being held in Northamptonshire next month.
Holistic women’s coach Nikki Antonaccio empowers women all over the world to become their most confident selves while thriving in their lives and businesses.
She founded Nikki Antonaccio Online Coaching in December 2020, at a time when the fitness industry was closed and she had to find an alternative to working as a personal trainer.
With no indication of when the fitness industry would reopen, Nikki decided she wanted to be part of filling the gap in supporting women with their health.

Nikki is an ex-contemporary dancer, who taught and performed for a decade. Having suffered with severe eating disorders for most of her life, she decided to explore personal training and nutrition to understand herself better.
Though she fell in love with fitness, she continued to struggle with eating disorders and decided to look into her experiences from the perspective of therapy and the trauma she had faced.
Having gained many qualifications to help her understand herself, Nikki wanted to use this knowledge to help other women do the same.
Her holistic women’s health coaching remains online, allowing her to serve a global audience as far as America, New Zealand and Australia. Many of her Northamptonshire clients started out doing personal training with Nikki and have remained loyal to her.

An exciting aspect of Nikki’s work is organising her annual flagship health and wellness event for women called EmpowHER Live, which is being held at Fawsley Hall on October 25 this year.
It welcomes people from the wellbeing and holistic health industry to celebrate women becoming the best versions of themselves. It has previously been described as inspiring for bringing together a community of like-minded females in this digital age.
Nikki praised the incredible line-up of speakers and experts coming together at Fawsley Hall next month, for a full day focused on health, confidence, visibility and personal growth for ambitious women.
“EmpowHER Live is a luxury one day women’s wellness summit for women with a focus on health, healing, hormones and looking after founders,” said Nikki.
At the time of speaking to this newspaper, there were just seven tickets left and Nikki was considering upgrading to a bigger room. It will also be streamed online for those who cannot make it in person.
Nikki continued: “I grew up, went to school and founded my business here, and I hadn’t seen any business events that put the women running them at the heart. We need more women in business and we need to look after them.
“Two of the speakers this year are people who came last year, hid at the back and were scared to stand out. This year they approached me and said they’d love to be among the speakers and that was a full circle moment. They’ve done everything to help their nervous systems and now they’re thriving.
“My motto is that I want women’s health to be redefined and change how women’s health is perceived. I’m about anti-hustle culture and keeping women in business by making it sustainable.”
