Celebrate International Women’s Day at Delapré Abbey with unique feminine rage event – here’s what you need to know

This is your opportunity to celebrate International Women’s Day at Delapré Abbey with a unique feminine rage event, hosted by two businesses in collaboration.

Fem Rage Co. was launched last year by Sophie Krywald from award-winning dance fitness community The Sweat and Glow Club and Natalie Wells of Natalie Wells Art.

“Our businesses aligned and this creative collaboration became something bigger,” said Sophie, who explained the pair have gone on to host six pop-up events since this began.

“We had a shared vision to create a female-focused space centred on community, creativity and a deliberate pinch of chaos. We started asking what if women had a space to express rage without having to explain, soften or clear it up.

“We create an outdoor space filled with women in pink ponchos, screaming, laughing and with paint flying everywhere. It’s chaotic, joyful and cathartic.”

Sophie explained the concept as a rage room with a female focus. The group begins by journaling and having an open conversation about things that have been bothering them, before the rage painting begins and attendees go “hell for leather” with canvases outdoors.

Fem Rage Co.’s first event of 2026 is taking place from 1pm until 3pm on International Women’s Day (March 8). It is being hosted in collaboration with ICENA, a women‑led social enterprise funding vital services for survivors of sexual violence.

“International Women’s Day is the perfect time for feminine rage,” said Sophie. “There’s a lot going on in our world that we’ve had to suppress for a long time. This will offer the space to express how they feel in a brilliant setting.”

Co-founder and CEO of ICENA, Naomi Butters added: “As a women-led social business, ICENA is proud to partner with Fem Rage this International Women’s Day. At a time when women continue to face inequality, underrepresentation and violence, this event brings women together to be heard, support survivors, and turn collective power into real change.”

Tickets for the event, which is taking place on Delapré Abbey’s South Lawn, are priced at £35 per person and 10 percent will be donated to ICENA.

Fem Rage Co. has been received really well, having reached as far as India and the US, and Sophie wanted to highlight they are available to attend any occasion – including the popular choice of divorce and menopause parties.
