Market town businesses collaborate on popular Christmas supper club – be quick before it sells out

“Be quick, our next one’s sold out”

Two Northamptonshire businesses are collaborating on a Christmas edition of their popular supper club, and you are encouraged to be quick before sought-after places sell out.

Georgina Williams from Towcester is the mastermind behind Gs Private Dining, which she launched in June 2025 following a four-month stint in hospital.

This time of reflection made her realise that the 80 hours a week she was putting into someone else’s restaurant would be better invested in something of her own.

Within a month, Gs Private Dining was off the ground and has proved popular over the past year as Georgina has hit a niche in the market – particularly as a more affordable option for hiring someone for your home, event or supper club.

With experience at Whittlebury Hall & Spa, Escapade at Silverstone, a Raymond Blanc restaurant, and a corporate insight with the Redbull F1 team, Georgina knew she had the experience and network to make her idea a success.

The founder’s speciality is in fine dining and refinement, offering an intimate experience that can be personalised exactly how customers want it.

This includes venue takeovers, visiting people in their homes, and designing a menu exactly to a client’s taste using the highest quality ingredients from local suppliers, including butchers and bakers.

It was in mid-July when Georgina was informed that she had been named the best caterer in Northampton for 2026 at the Top 100 Business Awards.

Shortly after, as an award-winning business owner, Georgina took the bold step to open a venue named Gs Daily Grind based next to B3 Gym in Brackley. This offers health-focused menus, acai bowls and specialist drinks, including matcha, smoothies, shakes and coffee.

The Brackley premises doubles up as a venue for the community to enjoy and a prep kitchen for Gs Private Dining, with the business continuing its collaborations with The Vault Cocktail Lounge on Towcester’s high street.

The Vault was opened on Watling Street East in September 2025 by Anthony Walker, with the aim of becoming a relaxing haven where every detail is carefully considered.

Anthony’s hope was that the premium cocktail lounge would complement the existing food and drink establishments on the high street, and meet the demand from the changing dynamic in the town with many new houses going up.

The Vault also offers wines, spirits and coffees, and having introduced food five months after opening in February 2026, many have praised the venue as what the area was missing.

The next non-sold-out event being hosted by Gs Private Dining and The Vault is G’s Christmas Supper Club, with live jazz music performed by Sarah Jones. It is being held from 7pm until 10.30pm on Tuesday, December 15.

Attendees of the calm, cosy and foodie evening will be served a five-course fine dining menu while enjoying Sarah’s Christmas jazz ensemble. The hope is to showcase local produce and suppliers while bringing like-minded people together.

The canapes will be festive spiced turkey kofta with cranberry, followed by a starter of Christmas sourdough with macadamia nuts, cranberry and whipped salt butter.

The main course is beef fillet with pomme puree, maple glazed heritage carrots, chestnut crumb, kale crisp and red wine jus. This is followed by festive sticky toffee pudding with brandy butterscotch for dessert and almond and dark chocolate biscotti to finish.

This experience is aimed at passionate foodies and tickets are still available for £79.79 per person, which includes the online booking fee.
