It might be hard to believe but it is time for The Great British Bake Off’s 2025 semi-final. The remaining amateurs will be firing up the ovens in a bid to secure a spot in series 16’s grand finale shortly.
Nine weeks ago, 12 home bakers stepped through the doors to the iconic tent for the first time. Over the last couple of months, the cast has been whittled down and just four remain.
Three spots are up for grabs in the 2025 GBBO final - and sadly it means one more baker will be leaving in the coming hours. Channel 4 has revealed what week it will be in the tent tonight (October 28).
But as we approach the finish line, you might be tuning in for the first time in a while - or simply need a reminder of the cast from this year. Here are the bakers who have made it to the semi-final.

5. Nadia - Liverpool
41-year-old Nadia is a hairdresser from Liverpool and she was the fifth baker to leave the tent. Blending Indian and Italian flavours with Scouse spirit, Nadia is a chatterbox bringing warmth and laughter into to every room. 6. Nataliia - East Yorkshire - eliminated
Born in Ukraine, 32-year-old office assistant Nataliia was taught to bake by her grandmother, following traditional recipes that have been handed down through the generations. An economics graduate with an artistic streak, Nataliia loves painting, running, and countryside walks with her Ukrainian rescue dog Aria. 7. Lesley - Kent - eliminated
59-year-old Lesley from Kent is part of the cast for GBBO in 2025. She has been a hairdresser for 45 years and the clients that come to her salon always expect a lovely slice of cake along with their trim. For her, baking is all about comfort, creativity and making people smile, especially when it’s served with a cuppa and a chat. 8. Iain - Belfast - eliminated
29=year-old Iain is part of the line-up for Great British Bake Off 2025. Originally from Coleraine, Iain lives in Belfast with his girlfriend Dervla and their cat, Viktor.
