Hide AdAnderson, who played for Northampton during the 2016/17 season, travelled with Swindon to Carlisle United on Saturday but was unable to complete training the previous afternoon.
Yates hurt his knee in the closing stages of the 1-1 draw at Brunton Park while Baudry hasn't recovered from a knock he picked up in training last week.
Wellens told the Swindon Advertiser: “Jerry Yates will be missing or very, very doubtful because he suffered a blow to his knee with about 10 minutes to go against Carlisle.

Hide Ad“Keshi travelled with us to Carlisle with the intention of training on Friday and Saturday to try and keep up with his workload, but he pulled out of the session on Friday.
“We just need to get some fitness into his legs because his whole season has been stop-start and we can’t keep working like that.
“Mathieu Baudry didn’t train on Monday either. The injection didn’t go as well as we would have liked so he will definitely be out for Northampton.”
