1. Jonathan Mitchell
Rescued by his woodwork on two occasions in the first-half but made a brilliant and crucial stop just after the restart, though in truth Vincent-Young shouldn't have given him a chance. Solid night's work all told. Kicking was much better.. 8.5
2. Peter Kioso
Some return to the team! His two goals, scored in identical fashion, set Cobblers well on their way. Immense at the back, he's a real athlete and hardly loses a defensive duel, either aerially or on the ground. Town need him fit for Saturday... 9.5 CHRON STAR MAN
3. Fraser Horsfall
Encountered some awkward moments, particularly during Ipswich's bright start, but defended his six-yard box robustly and led the defensive rearguard after half-time as Town saw out another clean sheet, their 12th of the season.... 8
4. Lloyd Jones
Back to his resolute best after an off night at Posh. Easy to forget given the eventual margin of victory but he made two vital interventions when Town led by only one goal. Was invariably in the right place at the right time to snuff out the danger... 8.5
