From Charlie Goode's tackling to Nicky Adams' lethal right foot, here are some of the more eye-catching statistics of the season so far...
1. Taking the lead
Cobblers have spent an impressive 851 minutes in the lead this season, more than any other team across the EFL. Next best are fellow League Two side Swindon (787), followed by Championship duo Preston (755) and West Brom (718).
2. Home comforts
No League Two side has collected more home points than the Cobblers (22) this season. Bradford and Swindon have won the same number of points on home turf but Town's goal difference is superior to both.
3. Set-piece strength
Eleven of Cobblers' 31 league goals have come from set-pieces, two more than next-best Exeter, Swindon and Cheltenham.
4. Aerial prowess
Cobblers' strength in the air is reflected in the stats having won 34 per cent of their aerial duels. Only two sides in the division - Grimsby and Newport - have a higher success rate.
