From Charlie Goode's tackling to Nicky Adams' lethal right foot, here are some of the more eye-catching statistics of the season so far...
5. Dead ball specialist
Cobblers knew what they were getting when Nicky Adams rejoined the club and he hasn't disappointed. He has six assists in the league - only Exeter's Randall Williams has more - and 10 in all competitions.
6. Ill-discipline
It's not all good news though. With 41 yellow cards and two reds this season, Cobblers have the worst disciplinary record in League Two.
7. Captain's Goode form
Charlie Goode has been superb at the back and the stats show it. He's made more clearances (171) than anyone else in the division and the third most amount of blocks (30).
8. No way through
Exeter and Forest Green, with 10 apiece, are the only teams to have more shut-outs than Northampton's eight this term. David Cornell has kept all eight and is the only goalkeeper to have that many.
