6. Jamie Steven Cullen
The 34-year-old repeatedly ignored court orders banning him from contacting women. Cullen, of Ashdown Place, Corby, faced a harassment charge after making contact with a woman he had been banned from seeing in October 2023. He was sentenced to a total of 24 months. Photo: Northamptonshire Police
7. Nigel Clapton
Clapton was jailed after breaching a sexual harm prevention order imposed after he was arrested following a confrontation with online paedophile hunters. The 46-year-old, of Market Hill, Rothwell, pleaded guilty to five contraventions of the 10-year order — including using a social media alias. He was sentenced to 22 months. 8. Myles James Winfarrah
The convicted sex offender from Northampton was sentenced to 14 months after he failed to notify police about a developing relationship. Winfarrah, 26, was convicted in 2019 of sexual assault against a woman and placed on the Sex Offenders’ Register. But in March 2024 he breached his requirements when he had sex with someone without disclosing their identity to police within seven days of the event and staying in a property where a child resided.
