13. Aaron Kumar
Kumar charged £250 plus expenses to take 19 fake driving theory tests for people around the country — but was caught out in January 2024 after centre staff in Corby became suspicious. The 28-year-old from Leicester was sentenced to a total of 22 months for six counts of fraud by false representation – with a further 13 taken into consideration. 14. Joshua Lloyd
The 20-year-old, of Fir Tree Walk, Northampton was jailed for sexual abuse of a child and dealing crack cocaine in the town. He was sentenced to a total of 42 in prison. Photo: Northamptonshire Police

15. Robert Mort
The prolific shoplifter went stealing just four days after being given a suspended sentence. Mort, 39, was in court on February 5, 2024, after admitting eight counts of theft from Corby shops during January and February, including more than £1,000 of items from Next. But on February 9, Mort targeted Corby’s Boots store, stealing an electric toothbrush worth £200 then took items worth £34 from The Works and Poundland the following day. 16. Simite Embalo
The Portuguese drug dealer, 34, was jailed for 27 months after being caught with heroin, amphetamine and cocaine — and more than £4,000 cash — on Corby’s Hazel Leys estate on December 2, 2024.
