Jason Hearn, sales director at David Wilson Homes South Midlands, said: “We’re very excited to showcase our new show home at Duston Gardens and give keen house hunters a first look at the properties available.

“We have carefully selected a home that will best represent the development for potential buyers to view, helping to give an idea of what it will be like to be a part of this growing community.

“The incredible location already makes this development extremely exciting and we expect appointments to fill up very quickly.

“We encourage anyone hoping to secure one of these sought-after homes to act quickly to avoid disappointment.”

The homes are part of a wider development as Bellway house builders also have 70 new homes in Duston Gardens off Bants Lane, which have proven popular.

The David Wilson show home can be viewed by appointment only. Find out more on the website.
