Jason Hearn, sales director at David Wilson Homes South Midlands, said: “We’re very excited to showcase our new show home at Duston Gardens and give keen house hunters a first look at the properties available.

“We have carefully selected a home that will best represent the development for potential buyers to view, helping to give an idea of what it will be like to be a part of this growing community.

“The incredible location already makes this development extremely exciting and we expect appointments to fill up very quickly.

The homes are part of a wider development as Bellway house builders also have 70 new homes in Duston Gardens off Bants Lane, which have proven popular.
