Wild Canvas returns for another summer of riverside camping, music and family adventure
Wild Canvas returns this August, bringing four weeks of riverside camping, live music and outdoor experiences to the beautiful Turvey House Estate, just over the Northamptonshire border.
Set on the banks of the River Great Ouse, the month-long event offers a relaxed alternative to traditional large-scale festivals, combining camping and glamping with outdoor adventure, wellbeing activities, creative workshops and evening entertainment.
Visitors can tailor their stay around a wide range of activities, from paddleboarding on the river and bushcraft sessions to arts and crafts, family-friendly games and children’s activities, or simply relaxing in nature.

Live music is programmed on Saturdays, with bands and DJs performing each weekend, while midweek stays offer a quieter pace for those looking to unwind. Wild Canvas welcomes families, couples and groups of friends, with accommodation options ranging from traditional camping pitches to fully furnished bell tents, new Luna bell tents and dedicated campervan spaces.
The on-site wellbeing area, The Nest, hosts yoga, pilates, sound baths and fitness classes, alongside a riverside sauna and treatment tent.
Food and drink are available throughout the event, including daily barista coffee and breakfast, plus a rotating line-up of local street food vendors from Thursday to Sunday. The courtyard bar serves local beers, wines and cocktails, creating a sociable atmosphere as guests gather for music and evenings under the stars.
Bookings are now open at wildcanvas.uk, with limited availability across 6–31 August 2026. Day tickets are also available from Thursday to Sunday for those wishing to enjoy the music, food and riverside setting without staying overnight.
