Standens Barn Primary School - Year 6 water fight

Although Year 6 at Standens Barn Primary School were disappointed that their much-anticipated trip to Hunstanton had to be cancelled on Thursday due to the extreme weather, staff made sure the day was one to remember.

Instead of a day at the seaside, the children enjoyed a fantastic fun-filled day at school, complete with delicious ice creams, exciting games and a lively water fight against their teachers!

There were plenty of smiles, laughter and soaking wet teachers as everyone joined in the fun, making the most of the sunshine while staying cool and safe.

Sometimes the best memories are made when plans change, and this was certainly one of those days. A huge well done to our amazing staff for creating such a memorable experience for our Year 6 pupils as they celebrate the end of their primary school journey.
