Taking place on Monday September 21, 2026, from 5.30pm to 7.30pm, the event will showcase how NHFT is delivering its THRIVE strategy through real examples of service improvement, digital innovation and community-focused care.

Open to patients, carers, members of the public, partners and NHS staff, the meeting provides an opportunity to hear directly from Trust leaders, learn about NHFT's achievements over the past year and ask questions about local healthcare services.

Among the highlights will be a presentation on Thriving in Life, a new health and wellbeing service for 11-19-year-olds in North Northamptonshire. The service has been designed to help young people access support earlier and improve health and wellbeing outcomes through partnership working and early intervention.

Attendees will also hear about NHFT's Physio Symptom Checker, an innovative digital tool helping people access physiotherapy advice and support more quickly and easily. The service demonstrates how technology can improve access to care and help people find the right support when they need it.

Chief Executive Angela Hillery will reflect on the Trust's progress over the past year and share how NHFT is working to deliver its THRIVE strategy. The meeting will also include the presentation of the Trust's Annual Report and Accounts for 2025/26 and a live question and answer session.

Angela Hillery, Chief Executive at NHFT, said: "Our Annual Public and Members' Meeting is an opportunity to share the work taking place across our services and celebrate the difference our teams are making for people and communities."

"This year's event will bring our THRIVE strategy to life through real examples of innovation and improvement, including new approaches to supporting young people's wellbeing and making it easier for people to access physiotherapy support. We would encourage anyone with an interest in local healthcare to join us."

The meeting will also feature a video from NHFT's Council of Governors highlighting how governors have delivered on their pledges and supported engagement with patients, carers, members and local communities throughout the year.

The event is free to attend, but registration is required.
