The Recovery College provides a relaxed, welcoming and supportive environment where people can learn together, combining professional expertise with lived experience through a co-produced approach.
The new term is now open for enrolment and includes both online and face-to-face courses covering a range of topics linked to mental health, personal wellbeing and recovery.
During the summer term, 269 people enrolled with the Recovery College. Students made 378 bookings across 36 courses, showing that the Recovery College remains a popular place to learn and look after your wellbeing.
Courses available this Autumn include:

All Recovery College courses are:

The Recovery College helps people build confidence, develop practical skills and increase their understanding of mental health, whether they are supporting someone else or focusing on their own wellbeing and recovery journey.
The team is also encouraging anyone who books a place but later finds they cannot attend to let them know as soon as possible, allowing places to be offered to others.
