Olivia Krawczyk, who runs the socially conscious design studio in Daventry, won the title after impressing a panel of industry experts with her mission-led approach to branding and graphic design.

The award follows her success at the 2025 awards, where OneKind Creative won the StartUp for Good Award shortly after launching. Winning a regional title for the second consecutive year highlights the business’s consistent focus on helping charities and purpose-led organisations share their impact.

Evaluating her work, the UK StartUp Awards judging panel stated:

“OneKind Creative impressed through its belief that design can be a force for social impact, not simply a commercial service. The studio helps charities, purpose-led organisations and mission-driven businesses communicate with credibility and inclusion. With a growing portfolio of UK and international clients, the judges recognised a creative startup using design to help organisations doing good become more visible and effective.”

Since going full-time with the venture, Olivia has aligned her creative process with global sustainability goals. In late 2025, she was selected as the only UK attendee flown to Cape Town for the Global Youth Summit by Global Changemakers. Following a week spent focusing on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), making sure every campaign, branding project, or design aligns with a global goal has become a core part of her process.

Today, OneKind Creative partners with clients across diverse sectors including Education, Renewables & Environment, Non-Profit, Arts & Culture, and Professional Services. Her portfolio includes branding refreshes for leading UK Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) training providers, alongside designing vital menstrual health training materials used in schools across Uganda, Sierra Leone, and Cambodia.

Speaking about the win, Olivia, Founder of OneKind Creative, said: "Being named Creative StartUp of the Year for the Midlands is such a pinch-me moment! I started the business because I believed that the creative industries have so much power to create change, especially when it comes to social and environmental impact.

My process is about making sure that every organisation I work with has their branding or campaign aligned with a global goal they are working towards. To be recognised for this by the judges means so much."

Professor Dylan Jones-Evans OBE, founder of the UK StartUp Awards, said: "This year's winners are not just coming up with clever ideas, they are building businesses with real purpose, commercial credibility and the potential to scale. Across every region we are seeing founders creating jobs, opening up new markets and challenging established industries. Their success is not only worth celebrating, it is worth backing."
