Northamptonshire-based activewear brand TLC Sport named finalist in the UK’s Enterprise Vision Awards
TLC Sport, the Northampton based activewear brand, has been named a Finalist in the Brand of the Year category at the 2026 Enterprise Vision Awards, the UK's largest celebration of women in business.

Charlotte Aytan, TLC’s Managing Director comments:
“Being named a finalist for Brand of the Year is incredibly special. As a family business that has been supporting women for over 42 years, it's a wonderful recognition of the journey we've been on and the community we've built along the way.

My mum, Sara, founded TLC long before activewear became a fashion statement. She simply wanted to create products that helped women feel comfortable, supported and confident in their own bodies. Today, as a mother-and-daughter team, it's a privilege to continue that mission together and see it resonate with women across generations.
We entered because we felt proud of what we've built and how far we've come. TLC has never been the biggest brand or the loudest voice in the room, but we've stayed true to our values for more than four decades.
In a world where activewear is often driven by trends, status and logos, we've remained focused on designing products that genuinely make women feel good. This nomination felt like an opportunity to celebrate that and share our story with a wider audience.
Our mission is simple: to help women feel confident in their bodies.

Everything we create starts with the question,"How will this make a woman feel?" Whether she's a size 8 or a size 28, a new mum, navigating menopause, living with lipoedema, or simply looking for leggings that fit properly, we believe every woman deserves to feel supported, comfortable and confident.
For us, confidence doesn't come from a logo or a price tag. It comes from clothing that works, fits beautifully and helps women feel like the best version of themselves.
That's the mission we've been on for 42 years, and it's the mission we'll continue for many years to come.”
The Enterprise Vision Awards recognise outstanding women entrepreneurs across the UK. Finalists are selected through a rigorous application and judging process, with the ceremony taking place later this year.
