Rather than simply offering customers an online price, Sabine takes the time to understand what each client is looking for, using her extensive travel industry experience to research, compare and build holidays around individual requirements, budgets and preferences.

Speaking on the awards, a spokesperson for The UK Small Business Awards said: “The standard of entries this year has been incredibly high. Each finalist has demonstrated an exceptional level of talent and dedication, representing the very best of UK small businesses.”

As a finalist, Sabine stands among the recognised businesses and professionals in the travel industry, with her nomination highlighting the commitment, expertise and personal service behind her growing independent travel business.

“I am incredibly honoured and thrilled to be recognised as a finalist at The UK Small Business Awards,” said Sabine Knowles.

“Building my own travel business has been a huge achievement for me, and to have the work I put into it recognised in this way means more than I can really put into words. I’ve worked in travel for many years and have always loved helping people create amazing holidays, but having my own business has allowed me to do that in a much more personal way.

“For me, it’s not simply about finding a holiday at the right price. It’s about listening to what my clients actually want, using my experience to find the right options for them and being there throughout the booking process and beyond. I’m incredibly proud of what I’m building, and being named a finalist is a lovely recognition of how far the business has come.”

The UK Small Business Awards will take place on 19 December 2026 at The Eastside Rooms in Birmingham, where finalists from across the UK will come together as the National Top 10 are revealed live on stage and live-streamed worldwide for those who cannot attend.
