She Means Business – Northampton will be held at The Green Room at Royal & Derngate on June 25, bringing together women from across the county for a morning of networking, inspirational talks and practical business insights.

Organised by local financial planner Claire Gore, the event aims to create a supportive environment for women at all stages of their careers, from established business owners and entrepreneurs to professionals looking to grow their confidence and expand their networks.

Claire, who has more than 25 years of experience in financial services, said the event was designed to help women connect, learn from one another and gain the confidence to pursue their personal and professional ambitions.

"This event is about bringing women together, sharing experiences and creating a community where everyone leaves feeling inspired, supported and empowered," she said.

Guests will hear from Claire, Financial Planner at Eight Financial Advice, who specialises in helping individuals, families and businesses manage and grow their wealth through holistic financial planning. She is also passionate about supporting women through divorce and helping them achieve financial independence during periods of major life change.

A panel discussion featuring three accomplished women from different sectors will form a key part of the morning's programme.

Among the speakers is Sharon Morrow, a transformational coach and certified Rapid Transformational Therapy practitioner. Having previously worked as a personal trainer, Sharon now helps clients overcome self-doubt, build confidence and reconnect with what she describes as their authentic selves.

Joining her on the panel is bestselling author Jodi Ellen Malpas, whose debut novel This Man propelled her to international success in 2012. The Northamptonshire writer has since become a number one New York Times and Sunday Times bestselling author, with her novels translated into more than 27 languages worldwide.

The panel will also feature Holly Gladwell, Acting Chief Executive of Royal & Derngate and The Core at Corby Cube. Holly oversees programming, operations, finance, marketing and human resources across both organisations and has previously held senior roles with nationally recognised touring theatre companies.

In addition to providing opportunities for networking and professional development, the event has a strong charitable focus. Organisers have pledged that 100 per cent of profits from ticket sales and sponsorship will be donated to Northampton Domestic Abuse Services (NDAS).

The charity provides essential services for survivors of domestic abuse, including safe accommodation, advocacy and practical support to help individuals rebuild their lives.

Attendees will have the opportunity to network over complimentary tea and coffee, hear from local business leaders and connect with other ambitious women from across Northamptonshire.

Tickets cost £30 plus booking fee and include refreshments and tickets can be booked here: https://shorturl.at/MkgGi

Organisers hope the event will not only inspire attendees to pursue their ambitions but also make a meaningful contribution to a cause that supports vulnerable members of the local community.
