Last weekend (23-24 May), under blazing hot sunshine, the NAPA Racing team from Northamptonshire delivered a spectacular performance at Snetterton at the 2026 British Touring Car Championship.

The blistering heat at the Norfolk circuit presented a major challenge for all teams, but NAPA Racing thrived, with their star driver Ashley Sutton, in one of the teams four competing Ford Focus Titanium’s extended his lead in the championship.
Out of the last nine rounds of the championship, Sutton has been on the podium 8 times, taking four 1st places and four 2nd places.

After a tough qualifying in 8th spot and not finishing the qualifying race, Sutton started back of the grid for race 1, to make up eleven places to finish 10th.
He surged to victory in Race 2 from a 10th place grid and fought hard for second place and another podium in Race 3, further solidifying his championship lead.
Dan Cammish also impressed, finishing in the top four in Race 2, taking 5th in race one and 9th in the final race of the weekend. Sam Osborne delivered two top 20 places in races 2 and 3.
