Meetings in the Fast Lane: Whittlebury Park Launches High-Octane Team Experience
Whittlebury Park is bringing the thrill of Formula 1 to the boardroom with the launch of its new “Meetings in the Fast Lane” experience, combining business with high-energy team building.

Delivered in partnership with event specialists Eventurous, the experience centres around an immersive Pitstop Challenge, designed to test teamwork, strategy and quick thinking in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Inspired by the precision and pressure of Formula 1 racing, the challenge sees teams rotate through a series of interactive activity zones, from hands-on pitstop simulations with a full-size F1 car to reaction tests, driving simulators and creative branding challenges.
A spokesperson for Whittlebury Park said:
“We’re always looking for new ways to bring energy and creativity into meetings and events, and ‘Meetings in the Fast Lane’ does exactly that. It gives teams the chance to step away from the usual format and take part in something genuinely engaging and memorable.”
The experience is designed for groups of all sizes, from smaller teams of five to larger corporate groups of 30 or more, making it a flexible addition to meetings, away days and corporate events.
At the heart of the experience is the Pitstop Challenge, which typically runs for two to three hours depending on group size. Teams compete against the clock, with each activity contributing to their overall time, creating an environment that encourages collaboration and quick thinking.
Hosted at Whittlebury Park and led by the Eventurous team, the event includes all equipment, props and facilitation, allowing delegates to fully immerse themselves in the experience.
“Meetings in the Fast Lane” can be incorporated into a wider meeting or event day, with refreshments, snacks and lunch available and tailored to each group’s requirements. Overnight stays can also be arranged separately for those travelling from further afield.
The experience is available to book on selected dates throughout May 2026.
Combining business with competition and creativity, “Meetings in the Fast Lane” offers organisations a fresh way to bring teams together, boost morale and create shared experiences that last beyond the event itself.
