Dog lovers from across the UK are set to gather in Northampton this Sunday (19th April) for the highly anticipated Barbiebulls Dog Show at Moulton College Equestrian Centre.
The event, created by experienced bull breed specialist Abby Coote, brings together a wide range of bull breeds including English Bulldogs, French Bulldogs, Cane Corsos, Staffordshire Bull Terriers and more.
With five rings running throughout the day — including four official show rings and a fun show ring — there will be plenty for both competitors and spectators to enjoy.
Unlike many traditional shows, Barbiebulls is open to all. No pedigree paperwork is required and rescue dogs are welcomed, with a strong emphasis on good temperament, structure and overall dog wellbeing.
The show will also feature an educational hub aimed at raising awareness around bull breed health and challenging common misconceptions.
Visitors can expect a full day of activity including:
Competitive breed classes
Fun show categories
Dog-related stalls
Food and drink vendors
A professional photographer
Doors open at 10am, with judging starting at 11:30am.
Entry is £10 for adults, £20 per dog, and free for children. Attendees can also receive a £5 discount by wearing pink.
Organiser Abby Coote said the event is about “educating, not just exhibiting” and aims to promote a positive and realistic image of bull breeds.
