Historic Holdenby House welcomes summer food festival weekend
Visitors are invited to enjoy the perfect summer day out as Holdenby House prepares to welcome the Great British Food Festival on Saturday 25th and Sunday 26th July.
Set against the stunning backdrop of one of Northamptonshire's finest historic estates, the popular festival will transform the grounds into a celebration of great food, live entertainment and family fun. Even better, Holdenby House itself will be open throughout the weekend, giving visitors the rare opportunity to explore the magnificent house as part of their visit.
The weekend promises something for everyone, from artisan food and drink producers and delicious street food to live music, cooking demonstrations and family entertainment, all set within Holdenby's beautiful gardens and parkland.

For Holdenby House, the festival is more than simply an event – it's an opportunity to welcome visitors who may be discovering the estate for the very first time, while giving returning guests a chance to experience the house in a completely different atmosphere.
Kerry Baker, Business Manager at Holdenby House, said: "One of the things we love most about hosting the Great British Food Festival is seeing Holdenby House and the gardens filled with people enjoying themselves. It's a wonderful atmosphere and such a fantastic way for visitors to experience everything Holdenby has to offer.
"Many people don't realise that the House will also be open throughout the weekend, so alongside incredible food, live entertainment and artisan stalls, visitors can step inside this beautiful historic home and spend the day exploring the estate. It's the perfect combination of history, heritage and a great family day out."
Whether you're a passionate foodie, fascinated by history or simply looking for somewhere special to spend a summer weekend, Holdenby House offers the ideal setting for a memorable day out.
