Each kit contains cat treats, toys and other essentials, created with the aim of helping to rehome the animals at the cattery in Daventry, by encouraging people to adopt a cat.

The volunteers also spent a day refurbishing the garden at the Duston RSPCA shop.
Jane Whetton, a volunteer from Amazon, said:

“It’s been brilliant to get out of the warehouse and give something back to the local community. Putting together these kits was a small team effort, but knowing each one could help a cat find a loving home makes it feel like a big difference. The RSPCA does incredible work in Daventry and Duston, and we’re proud to support them however we can.”

Lynne Wayland from the RSPCA added:

“Donations like this make a genuine difference to the animals in our care. Every kit means one less thing our team needs to source, and one more cat with everything it needs to settle happily into a new home. We’re so grateful to the Amazon volunteers, not just for the kits, but for rolling up their sleeves to help refurbish the garden here in Duston too – it's given the space a real lift for both the animals and our visitors.”
