The programme, which was relaunched earlier this year, has been developed to help young people, students and aspiring professionals gain practical career, digital and workplace skills that improve employability and prepare them for future opportunities.

With a total capacity of 100 participants, registrations continue to be received from young people keen to develop valuable skills in digital marketing, content creation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), professional communication, teamwork and workplace readiness.

As preparations continue for the programme launch, Jobskills Training Association is now inviting local businesses and organisations to play an active role in supporting the next generation by becoming involved as programme partners.

Businesses can contribute by sharing industry knowledge, supporting practical projects, offering workplace insights, mentoring participants, hosting workshops, and helping young people gain exposure to real-world working environments.

To recognise organisations that actively support the initiative, Jobskills Training Association will formally recognise participating businesses as Community Youth Support Partners, acknowledging their contribution to youth development, employability and community engagement.

Mr. Manash Mukherjee, Chair of Jobskills Training Association, said:

"The response to this year's Career Catalyst Programme has been extremely encouraging, with a significant number of places already filled before the official launch. This demonstrates the growing demand among young people for practical skills and career-focused learning opportunities.

We are now inviting local businesses to join us as Community Youth Support Partners and help inspire the next generation. By sharing their expertise and providing practical learning opportunities, businesses can play a vital role in helping young people build confidence, develop workplace skills and prepare for successful careers."

The charity is also encouraging members of the local community to support the programme through donations, helping to expand opportunities for young people and ensure that practical skills training remains accessible to those who need it most.

Funds raised will contribute towards programme delivery, learning resources, mentoring activities, workshops and career development opportunities designed to support young people as they take their first steps into employment.

Young people interested in joining the programme are encouraged to register soon as remaining places are expected to fill quickly ahead of the 15 June start date.

Businesses interested in becoming a Community Youth Support Partner or individuals wishing to support the programme can contact Jobskills Training Association for further information.
