Now the week off has arrived, you are likely to be looking for new ways to keep your little ones entertained this half term.

9. Wicksteed Park
Wicksteed Park is a long-standing attraction, just a 30-minute drive from Northampton and host to lots of rides and a children’s playground. Individual ride tickets can be purchased for £3 each, or you can buy a wristband which starts at £22 each for both children and adults – giving you access to all the rides and attractions. 10. Stoke Bruerne - Canal Walk and Museum
Stoke Bruerne makes for a great day out. Whether you are simply looking to walk along the canal admiring those on the water and opening the locks, or you want to pop into the museum for you and your children to find out more about the history of this beautiful location, you can adapt your day at Stoke Bruerne to suit you. 11. Zoomania
Having just reopened after an exciting refit, Zoomania in Gladstone Road now has new features – including a car wash role play zone, two large ball pits with ball showers, and a sports court with astroturf.
