The company also puts on shows for families - called Dinomania - which include animatronics dinosaurs of different species.

After a difficult year during the pandemic, the owner is keen to take the show back on the road with a summer exhibition tour.

On Thursday August 26, the event will be held at Northampton High School in Newport Pagnell Road.

Chris Roberts organiser and business owner, said: “We are currently going into schools and teaching children about dinosaurs using animatronics and puppets, so it’s very interactive.

“Then on weekends and during the summer holidays we do a Dinomania tour, which is really popular.

“The pandemic has hit us really hard and we’ve done no shows at all so this year we thought we could change it up a bit.

“We will do an exhibition where children can watch some of our former shows on a big screen and then meet all the dinosaurs too.

“It will be educational and fun, which is what we have always been and kids engage with it so well.”

During the various lockdowns, Chris’ business, which started five years ago with just one dinosaur, has become a hit on social media with its dinosaur related content.

The company has reached 1.42 million followers on TikTok and nearly 400,000 subscribers on YouTube, so Chris is now excited for his new fans to see the dinosaurs in person.

He added: “We normally have around 400 to 500 tickets available so we are at much reduced capacity, but it will just be good to be back to some normality.

“The kids will get to see the dinosaurs and it’s an amazing experience for them, which they love.”

The show will last two hours and on the day of the event there will be three time slots; 10am, 12.30pm and 3pm, with 100 tickets available for each session.

Other shows across the county, which are part of the same tour have already sold out.

Tickets can be purchased from the Dinomania website here.
