The club has confirmed all tickets for the display will be automatically refunded.

The plan was for spectators to watch the 'drive-in' display from their own cars so customers could adhere to social distancing measures. The fireworks were also set to be broadcasted live by Northampton radio station N-Live.

In an announcement online, Franklin's Gardens have also confirmed a number of other events, camps and classes have had to be called off.
