Heritage tours and vintage cars at Northampton’s Delapre Abbey IN PICTURES

Classic car enthusiasts were able to get up close to more than 100 vintage cars at Delapre Abbey’s ‘Classics on the Lawn’ event over the weekend.

The popular annual event returned to the historic abbey for the fourth year in a row on Sunday, October 11 from 11am to 3pm.

Delapré Abbey also opened its doors to the public for free to deliver a variety of tours on its 900 years of turbulent history - including paranormal activities - as part of West Northamptonshire’s Heritage Open Days.
