Don’t miss annual T’s Dog Fest which is ‘highlight of the year’ for Northampton hidden gem events venue

Do not miss your chance to attend the annual T’s Dog Fest, which the Northampton-based hidden gem events venue described as “without a doubt one of the highlights of the year”.

T’s Coffee is known for its monthly mini markets and craft fairs, woodland walks and ‘Dog Fest’ events in aid of Animals In Need Northamptonshire – with the next one planned for next Sunday (September 27).

All the money raised is donated to Animals In Need, including the stallholder fees and with around 17 lined up for this month’s event, more than £400 has already been raised for the worthy cause.

The fun dog show is hosted to raise even more money, and organiser Tracey Onley wants to make it clear that everyone is welcome. Changes have been made so the dog show ring will be accessible to all on hard standing, and most of the market will be on the gravelled area.

There will be 12 classes and best in show, and each has been sponsored by one of the stallholders who will be the judge, with help from Animals In Need if required. Tracey has volunteered herself to sponsor and judge best in show, and says it is not as easy as it looks.

Tracey stressed that all the dogs are winners as they are beautiful in their own way, and being able to bring your furry friend to an event like this is a win in itself. The lovely day out will include a woodland walk, fun dog show and a dog-themed market.

The organisers know the amount of people in attendance can be overwhelming, so a more relaxed doggy day out has been planned for October 25. There will be a couple of workshops, dog-themed stalls and a mini market to enjoy.

Back to the upcoming event on September 27, the coffee hut and woodland walk will be open from 9am, the dog-themed market will begin at 10am and the fun dog show at 11am. If attendees would like to enjoy a quieter woodland walk and browse, they are advised to head over sooner rather than later on the day.
