Northampton and the wider county has so much to offer in 2024 in terms of events and activities.
From food and drink festivals, to the expected completion of the Market Square, and big name artists and comedians coming to the town, there is plenty going on in 2024.

17. Northampton Balloon Festival
In 2023, the iconic Northampton Balloon Festival returned for the first time since 2008. The Racecourse was packed out with thousands of onlookers as entertainment, hot balloons, rides and more descended on the park. The festival will take place from Friday August 16 to Sunday August 18. 18. Dinosaurs in the Park

19. Buckby Feast
Buckby Feast will take place on the August bank holiday Monday (August 26) on the sports field. There will be a fairground, bouncy castles, music, children's activities, food and drink and more. The event raises money for the village. Photo: Buckby Feast
