Tickets now on sale as The Addams Family musical returns to Northampton

Samantha Womack and Cameron Blakely will revive their much loved roles as Morticia and Gomez Addams in the new UK and Ireland Tour of musical comedy, The Addams Family, from July 2020.

For five nights, from 15 to 19 September, the production is heading to the Royal & Derngate and will once again be directed by Matthew White, with characters created by Charles Addams.

Samantha Womack is best known for her long-running role as Ronnie Mitchell in BBC1’s EastEnders. Most recently, Samantha guest starred in last year’s series of Silent Witness and she has also played Tanya Dawson for three series of the hit comedy Mount Pleasant.

Cameron Blakely’s previous theatre credits include the role of Thenardier in Les Misérables, a role he played for two years in London’s West End.

Further casting is to be announced.

British director Matthew White has directed the the UK Tour and West End run of the multi award-winning Top Hat, Sweet Charity and Little Shop of Horrors.
