A Northampton magician has been perservering with his cancelled tour by streaming them on Facebook pages across the country - and the Chronicle & Echo is next.

Sean Heydon was supposed to be touring the UK with his show, The World's Greatest Card Tricks, but the coronavirus lockdown put an end to that.

"When I started doing it, I had loads of offers and was doing three or four gigs a week on various sites but that became too much so now I'm only doing one a week," he said.

"But it's been going really well and it's great fun."

Sean is a regular headliner at comedy clubs and corporate events and recently won the award for ‘Specialty Act of the Year’.

He has many television credits to his name, including Soccer AM on Sky One and he was the resident magician on The Paul O'Grady Show on Channel 4 for three seasons.

The Chron's Facebook page will be hosting Sean's Northampton 'gig' at 8pm tonight (Friday, April 24) with ex-Premier League referee Peter Walton and fellow magician David Penn due to feature.
