Hannah Felce, who co-manages The Lab with Gemma Murdoch, said: “This is our fifth streaming event which we have been very lucky to be able to put on thanks to Arts Council England and NN1 Audio.
“The production quality is off the scale and, in a way, we are very lucky to be in lockdown and work with a team that would otherwise be touring the country on large scale arena events.
Talking about this week’s line up, Miss Felce said: “Har-Q have a unique sound and blend funk and jazz with hip hop and rap, a truly talented quintet and an undeniable powerhouse on the Northampton music scene.

“He is going to be performing alongside Shakey Jake, a DnB legend in NN.”
The Lab operates as a members club. When lockdown is lifted and venues are permitted to reopen, anyone who wants to attend events there needs to be a member or to sign up.
Further details about this will be available on its Facebook page in due course.

Saturday’s performance follows live broadcasts from the venue by The NN Social which included sets by Pieces and Afreine and Karl Phillips and Connor Osborn who recently hosted the Bant & Decks Saturday Night Takeaway quiz.
