Headlining the Funhouse Comedy Club at the pub will be the bizarre and bold David Trent.

He crafts a unique style of comedy which fascinates his audiences and leaves them questioning the meaning of it all.

Support will come from the courteous Andrew Watts. Starting out as a solicitor in London he then decided to turn to stand-up.

His unusual style is a mix of pretentiousness, uncertainty and poignant ineptitude, however, the importance he places on the inconsequential results in an inspiring and entertaining delivery.

Completing the line-up is Irish comedian Eleanor Tiernan, who dumped her training as a civil engineer to do stand-up. Within a year she had appeared on BBC’s One Night Stand and has gone on to perform all over Ireland and the UK.

Compere for the night is James Sherwood.

Tickets are £9 in advance. Doors open at 8pm and it starts at 8.30pm. For details or to book tickets visit www.funhousecomedy.co.uk.
