And Eddie Jones was in attendance to watch another impressive Ribbans showing against Bath at Franklin's Gardens last Sunday.

But Saints will have to do without the influential lock in the weeks ahead.

England who are currently on a fallow week, will meet again at their training base, The Lensbury in Teddington, to prepare for their last two Six Nations matches on Sunday.

Jones's side will take on France at Twickenham on Saturday, March 13 (4.45pm KO) and Ireland in Dublin on Saturday, March 20 (4.45pm KO).

Some of the squad members who have received less playing time during the tournament will be given the opportunity to play for their clubs in their respective fixtures this weekend.

This will be an individual decision for each player from a performance perspective and is in line with tournament regulations and Covid-19 protocols.
