Northampton Saints v Gloucester: Full team news for Saturday's game at Franklin's Gardens

There is mixed injury news for Saints as they get set to host Gloucester on Saturday afternoon (kick-off 2pm).

Dan Biggar has been passed fit to start after shrugging off a knock picked up at Leicester last time out, but Alex Mitchell is sidelined with the ankle problem he sustained at Welford Road.

Teimana Harrison is able to return after missing derby day with a hamstring issue and Ehren Painter is named on the bench after overcoming back trouble.

But Ollie Sleightholme is still out due to the back problem that forced him to withdraw from the game at Tigers.

Piers Francis is able to start after a shoulder injury forced him off at Leicester, while Tom James is the man who comes in for Mitchell at scrum-half.

Api Ratuniyarawa returns from injury to line up alongside David Ribbans in the second row.

Mike Haywood is ruled out with a hand injury, so James Fish is on the bench this weekend.

Taqele Naiyaravoro is also among the replacements after overcoming a calf problem.

Saints' injury list is still a lengthy one, with Nick Isiekwe (pectoral), Courtney Lawes (pectoral), Owen Franks (foot), Danny Hobbs-Awoyemi (Achilles), Ryan Olowofela (ankle) and Kayde Sylvester (Achilles) all still out.

Gloucester are able to name a team that includes Lions wing Louis Rees-Zammit, but Jonny May and Chris Harris are not involved.
