Northampton Saints v Exeter Chiefs: Full team news for the PREM final

Alex Mitchell returns to the Saints matchday squad for Saturday's Gallagher PREM final against Exeter Chiefs at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham (kick-off 3pm).

Mitchell, who has recovered from a hamstring injury picked up at an England training camp last month, will be on the bench for the league showpiece.

His inclusion, in place of Jonny Weimann, is the only change to the Saints 23 that secured a 45-31 win against Leicester Tigers at cinch Stadium at Franklin's Gardens last Friday.

Archie McParland starts as he makes his 50th appearance for Saints.

George Furbank again skippers Saints in what will be his final game for the club before he moves to Harlequins this summer.

Trevor Davison, Henry Lumley, Freddie St John, Edoardo Todaro and Charlie Ulcoq remain unavailable for Saints selection.

Exeter welcome back England wing Immanuel Feyi-Waboso this weekend as he starts following his recovery from a facial fracture that had ruled him out of the previous two matches.

Campbell Ridl is also in the starting line-up as the wing has been passed fit after having to come off during the first half of last Saturday’s 27-26 play-off semi-final at Bath.

Ethan Roots returns from concussion to replace Christ Tshiunza in the back row.

Exeter, like Saints, opt for a 6:2 split on the bench.
