Northampton Martial Arts enjoy success on national stage

Members from the Weston Favell based club attended the ECKA National Championships last weekend, competing in their respective kickboxing divisions.

The team consisted of 20 fighters led by club Coach Paul Francis.

The team was made up of both experienced fighters and first time competitors.

They fought to victory bringing home 29 medals in total; 10 golds, 10 silvers & 9 Bronzes.

As part of their achievements, the club also placed 2nd in the grand championship leader board out of a total of 9 clubs.

A spokesperson for the club said “Each person represented themselves and their club really well & proudly. Everyone came together to support one another which showed great camaraderie”.
